Fat chance!
However, fifty five he says, and fifty five I have written, after peering out of my window this morning for inspiration...
Frost on grass this bright morning signals Winter has arrived. A smile of sunshine greets his presence, but warns him to take his time, not to be too hasty with bitter winds, ice and snow. For December has yet to take the lead and guide him towards the New Year, when the coldest months thrive.
I love the coldest months.
ReplyDeleteI like the cold too. Sweet.
ReplyDeleteI am hoping the winter doesn't get too FROSTY ! it is pretty though- thanks!
ReplyDeleteI'm thinkin' that Mr. Winter might be a Ms. Winter! Wrapped up in all that glittery, cold diamond like stuff!!!

DeleteDare I say this is great stuff, Jinksy? Aspects of "winter-wear" however, puzzle me.
ReplyDeleteYou'd better ask imac if he will allow you to pinch his words! Hehehe! He may hold the copyright. :)
DeleteJinksy Dear...
ReplyDeleteNo snow here yet!
But it is chilly thats for sure.
Loved your Blustery 55
Thanks for playing, and have a Kick Ass Week-End
We are having near 80 degree (F) temperatures these last days of November. It's very pleasant. I don't know if frost is in our forecast this winter or not but I don't mind a bit of it. Nice 55, Jinksy...and thanks for pointing out my "penning" error!
ReplyDeleteI've lived most of my life with snow and now live in a place that it MIGHT get snow once or twice. I love the idea and look of snow, but will save it for vacation. :)
