The Eyes Have It

Once again, I have been seeing things, thanks to Tess at the Mag 140.

Human brains
will search for faces
everywhere;
even when
the result produced is odd,
we are satisfied.

Scientists
will probably try
to explain
why this is,
but do we need to know?
We can just enjoy!

  8. Good one! Some things do not need explanations that ultimately curb our human-ness.

  11. Hi Jinsky ... loved this. I do know that there are situations (I don't wish to call it a disease and I really don't know how to refer to it - it is not a behavior), in which numerous people have no ability to recognize the faces of others whom they have met ... even many times. Liz
