A Thought
Soak in silence brains which have been
Overloaded
And otherwise afflicted by too much noise
Killing the power of rational thought.
An Afterthought
Spiritual
orientation
always
kindles
imaginations
needing
grace.
My brain often enjoys SOAKING in silence too. Too much noise can be painful indeed.

ReplyDeleteEverything in moderation I say, keeps us all in balance.lol
ReplyDeleteYes, soaking in silent mediation definitely rests my mind and leads me to deeper spiritual imaginings and conversations - such good word choice in your acrostics!
ReplyDeleteI do need that soak of silence after the morning rush of getting everyone out the door!
ReplyDeleteNeat Jinksy. It is not always easy to do an acrostic that reads smoothly but you have done it twice!
ReplyDeleteDelightful... I love acrostics.
ReplyDelete... the reason I walk every day and meditate. Soaking in the silence. Very nice!!!
ReplyDeleteJinksy, very clever! Love both, yet the afterthought really hit home :-)
ReplyDeleteLove it, soaking in grace is what life is all about. Really made me smile and filled my heart.
ReplyDeleteYES, WE NEED TO SOAK IN CALMNESS!!!
ReplyDeleteI like the acrostic of soak and soaking ~ We do need space and silence, to soak and kindle our spirit ~
ReplyDeleteI love this!! Too much noise does seem to make one irrational in thoughts and decisions. Wonderful afterthought also!
